A graduate of Rhode Island College, Pauline has a BA degree in secondary education with concentrations in general science, math and chemistry. She has also pursued masters level work in mathematics at Fresno State University in Fresno, California. In a career that spans over thirty years she has had the pleasure of teaching both mathematics and science. Her experience includes teaching in both high school and middle school settings in California, Michigan and Rhode Island. Pauline feels she has happily come full circle by returning to Rhode Island and teaching again in a middle school where she finds harnessing exuberant pre-adolescent energy and working to focus it on growth and success, a worthy challenge.
Pauline is the mother of four children and now has four wonderful grandchildren. She is a lifelong Catholic, having grown up a parishioner of St. Cecilia's parish in Pawtucket. She is delighted to be at St. Luke's School and looks forward to helping your child to succeed in 6th, 7th and 8th grade math and in 6th grade language arts.
