  • Student Safety - A Priority

Last year we spent close to $30,000. making SLS a safe school. We updated our security system, added security cameras, updated door locks, and rerouted our point of entry.
Last week school principal Maureen Jannetta and secretary Donna DiCicco attended an ALICE training course which taught proactive survival strategies. The day included live scenario drills along with additional measures we can take to keep all members of our school community safe.
Faculty and staff members will be trained in the fall.
