Karen earned her BA in Sociology and Business from St. Bonaventure University. A native New Yorker, Karen worked 15 years in the corporate sector in the Hospitality and Finance fields before returning to school to pursue and complete her Masters of Science in Education. A certified teacher, she began teaching in Connecticut public schools before moving to Rhode Island in 2004 with her husband and two children, Meg (SLS ’09) and Harry (SLS ’11).
At St. Luke’s since 2008, Karen teaches Middle School Language Arts and lower school library classes.
