The Garden Club at St. Luke's School was organized by former school parent and master gardener Candace Clavin-Rein.  With the support of loyal parent volunteers and the enrichment committee, the Garden Club has grown to become a favorite after school activity among our students.  Every Wednesday afternoon students meet to explore, discuss, and work in our school garden.  Through journal writing, art activities, and hands-on learning students explore the following topics throughout the course of the year:  Seeds, planting, harvest, cooking, composting, habitats, environmental science, insects, life cycles, native plants, pollination, recycling and conservation.
