“In the end, it is not about a mere equity for all in which every share is the same; it is about fairness for all in which those for whom we are responsible receive what they need and produce at the full level of their potential.”

    -Matthew Vereecke

The goal of the Compass Program at St. Luke’s is to support classroom teachers in their efforts to guide and teach students so that every individual student receives the instruction he/she needs to be able to reach his/her full potential. The Compass Program is designed to make a Catholic education available to a wider range of students in grades K-8. Through the Compass Program, students may benefit from an additional teacher pushing into classes to provide added support and instruction, one-on-one and small group support in areas of need, or various enrichment opportunities.
